This practice is rooted in Clarity Breathwork (formerly known as rebirthing), where the breath is kept gently connected, allowing you to move out of constant thinking and into a more direct experience of yourself.
Most of us don’t breathe fully. Over time, the breath becomes restricted, and with it we hold tension physically, emotionally, and mentally. When the breath begins to open and connect, the body has a way of releasing what’s been held, without needing to force it or figure it out.
As you stay with the breath, your mind begins to quiet and your body starts to relax. People often notice they are not thinking as much, or not getting caught in their thoughts the same way. Tension in the body can begin to release, and emotions that have been held may come up and move through.
At times, there can be a natural emotional release. This might show up as tears, laughter, or a sense of letting something go. It happens in a way that is supported and guided, without needing to force anything.
Things that once felt unclear can begin to make more sense, and you may see your thoughts, reactions, or situations more directly.
This work also affects the body more deeply, supporting changes in how stress and tension are held, including at a cellular level. The practice is guided, so you are supported throughout.
